These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexAI desktop application and website (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use NexAI for your own lawful use. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
NexAI is currently offered as a free beta. That means features may change, break, or be removed, and the Service is provided as-is while we develop it. We intend to keep core access free and support the Service through optional in-app advertising in the future; if that changes, we'll give notice before any charges apply, and continued free features will be clearly identified.
NexAI delivers its AI capabilities through a combination of our own in-house models and official integrations with third-party AI engines. When you use a tool that relies on a third-party engine, your request is processed through that provider's official channels and may be subject to their terms. We do not present any third-party technology as our own.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the outputs you generate, and for how you use them. AI outputs can be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose — review results before relying on them. As between you and us, you retain the rights you have in your own input, subject to the terms of any third-party provider involved in fulfilling your request.
NexAI provides a single interface to AI capabilities that may be powered by third parties. Your use of those capabilities may also be subject to the providers' terms. NexAI is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party AI provider, and all third-party names belong to their respective owners.
The NexAI name, logo, app, and website are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
