This Privacy Policy explains how NexAI ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the NexAI desktop application and visit this website (together, the "Service"). We've written it to be readable. If anything is unclear, contact us at hello@nexai.app.
If you join our early-access list, we collect the email address you submit. If you contact us, we keep the contents of that message so we can respond.
When you use an AI tool inside NexAI, the prompt or file you submit is processed so the tool can return a result. By default, your conversation and generation history is stored locally on your device. You control what you submit to any given tool.
The website may collect standard technical data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, through cookies or similar technologies, to keep the site working and to understand aggregate usage. We may use analytics and advertising services (including Google) that set their own cookies; see "Advertising and analytics" below.
We advertise NexAI through third-party networks such as Google Ads. These providers may use cookies and similar technologies to measure ad performance and to show you relevant ads on other sites. You can learn about and control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and Your Online Choices.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service (for example, email delivery, hosting, and analytics), and only as needed for them to perform that work. We may also disclose information if required by law.
NexAI connects you to AI capabilities that may be powered by third-party providers. When you use a tool, the content needed to fulfill your request may be processed by the relevant provider under their own terms and privacy policies. NexAI is an independent application and is not affiliated with these providers.
We keep early-access emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Locally-stored app history remains on your device until you clear it. You can remove local history at any time from within the app.
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
